SOLUTION:

1. Rg6!

White is threatening 2. Rh6+ followed by 3. Qxg8#.

If  Black plays 1... fxg6? then 2. hxg6 and he can't stop the checkmate through the h-file. But the attack is still not over.

2. Nxe6! fxe6

Now the g6-Rook is safe, and the white pieces can open the h-file calmly.

3. h6!

3... Rb7 4. Rh1 gxh6 5. Rgxh6+ Qxh6 6. Rxh6+ Rh7 7. Rxh7+ Kxh7 8. Qh3+ Kg7 9. Qxe6 and White wins.
